What's new at Myer's Inn Haunt for 2024? Do you have any new rides, attractions, or special features that Haunt Seekers should know about?

It’s our 10th year of terror. A plane has crashed into the hotel full of unruly prisoners. They have zombified now and multiplying daily. It’s a hostage take over at the hotel. Come help us manage the savage monsters!! We have made some crazy changes this season from the lobby to the ending. It’s always so exciting for our victims I mean guest to check in!!

What are you most excited about for the 2024 Halloween Season?

Most excited to see all our past guest return and have a good time from the time they get out of their car to the time they exit the hotel. Our waiting area is full of entertainment, food , scared and a all new tiki bar (non alcoholic)

What differentiates Myer's Inn Haunt from other local haunts in Missouri?

Myers Inn Haunt is a beast of its own personality. I think we are so different due to our lobby and waiting area. It’s always so fun and exciting. You don’t wait in line in your freedom move around until it’s time for you to enter the hotel. We have lots of different themed rooms and we are over 16,000 ft.² now of terror, we also have a little comedy throughout our hotel which makes us different. We have some thing for everyone and we strive to be one of the best haunts in our area.

How long has Myer's Inn Haunt been in business? Can you tell us a bit more about Myer's Inn Haunt's history?

We open the Myers Inn haunted hotel in 2015. This is our 10th year of terror this year. last year we open the Myers for affairs which is 2 miles down the road we have a lot to offer from food to merchandise line entertainment, movies, music. Our waiting is inside and outside, but our outside areas are covered. You will be excited to wait at this haunted hotel because the food and entertainment is endless…

What's your favorite experience since opening Myer's Inn Haunt?

Our favorite experience with opening this haunted hotel is just how much it has grown. We never dreamed it would be a staple of a haunt for a lot of peoples childhood. Everywhere we go people always tell us how much they enjoy and can’t wait for next season haunted hotel..

How long is a typical haunt experience at Myer's Inn Haunt from start to finish?

Once you enter the doors of the hotel, it takes you about 30 or 35 minutes to walk-through. You’re always moving forward the whole time you’re not getting lost. There is so much to look at this hotel is so cooly decorated..

On a scale from 1 to 10, how scary would you say Myer's Inn Haunt is? Why?

Our hotel On a scale from 1 to 10 is a tin on how scary it is. This is because we have over 60 live actors in this haunted hotel. We love Animatronics, but we live actors are much more scarier..

Does Myer's Inn Haunt's property have any real haunted history? Do you have a spooky encounter you'd like to share?

The Myers Inn haunted hotel definitely has real Haunted history!! It was a hotel back in its day before it got shut down for all of its gruesome history. We have had paranormal companies come in and they find live activity when our builders are building. There’s always stuff that happens. We do not think it’s mean, but there is definitely, something in there, haunting us on the daily .

What inspired you to open up a haunted attraction? What's your favorite part of the business?

We were inspired to open our own Haunt because we love going to haunted houses. We knew this was something we would be good at and enjoy so much. I think our favorite part of our business is how much our guest enjoy roaming the halls and rooms of this hotel!!

How has new technology (i.e. animatronics, special props, etc) helped you to enhance Myer's Inn Haunt?

Definitely animatronics and new technology has helped make our hotel more suspenseful and keep you on your toes. From the drop panels to the air blast to the squirting toilets to the ceiling sounding like it’s falling on you. There is never a dull moment when you’re walking the halls in the rooms of this hotel.

Can Myer's Inn Haunt accommodate large groups? How many people can experience Myer's Inn Haunt together as a group?

Yes, Myers and can accommodate large groups. We feel we have the most awesome waiting area in this area. We can put up to eight people in a group.

Does Myer's Inn Haunt offer any special deals, discounts, or coupons?

we offer Military and police discounts. We also offer a combo ticket To our other haunted attraction that is 2 miles down the road Myers forest of Fears here in Carthage Mo.

Anything else you'd like to let us know about Myer's Inn Haunt?

Myers in Hunt is I must see haunted hotel. There is so much fun to be had in our lobby and terror to be had in the hotel. We take a lot of pride in our haunted hotel and it truly shows..
