This bar and restaurant is located inside a building that dates back to the late 1800's and was onced used as an office for Ulysses S. Grant. It is said to be haunted by an unknown female ghost who was nicknamed Belle. Shortly after the ghost was given this nickname, a bell rang by itself in the downstairs hall. Belle's apparition has been spotted wearing a 19th-Centurylong dress and she has made noises and footsteps that have been noticed by witnesses. Orbs have also been seen here, even in photos.
